Shipping & Returns Policy
Your order will be shipped to the address specified by the individual that placed the order. If the items you have ordered are unavailable at the time of order, we will not be able to process your order and will complete a full refund. We will inform you immediately by email if this should be the case.
For Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping by USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the U.S. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping after order confirmation.
For International Shipping
Himiko Organics ship to most countries around the world. If you do not see an option for your country, please email us at email@example.com.
All international orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and take approximately 7-10 days for shipping. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient who will be billed by the local Customs office.
Himiko Organics has compliance with the most strict International Cannabis/Hemp Laws regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law. It is your responsibility as a consumer to know your local laws and regulations before ordering.
Some countries have such as Greece, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Iceland, Greenland, Rossia, and Thailand import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp based products.
Lab Tests Results will be enclosed to ship internationally.
We’ll accept return requests for items that are new, unopened, and unused. If you wish to return your item for a full refund, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item within 30 days of the date you received your item. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless you receive an incorrect or defective product.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please contact us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by customs.
